On 24 September 2016, Kolej Tun Dr Ismail has sent 65 people contingent to represent the College in the College Sports opening session 2016/2017. At this session, College Tun Dr Ismail chose The Jaguars as the theme or symbolic to Tun Dr Ismail. Distinguished by its citizens KTDI who bleed purple very symbolically with The Jaguars that symbolizes the strength of the College staff are always United, spirit of courage in promoting the name of College, university and country.
