FINAL SELF-ASSESSMENT OF PUBLIC SECTOR ECOSYSTEM CONDUCTIVE QUALITY ENVIRONMENTAL PRACTICES (EKSA) FOR THE WORKPLACE ENVIRONMENT QUALITY AWARD IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE QUALITY AND SERVICE INNOVATION DAY (HKIP) UPM 2022.

SERDANG, October 7, 2022 – Tun Dr. College. Ismail (KTDI) has been selected among the 7 PTJs that have been shortlisted in the low-scale employee number category for the Self-Assessment of Quality Environmental Practices Conducive Public Sector Ecosystems (EKSA) as a result of the self-assessment that was carried out on 13 September 2022. This final evaluation was carried out on 4 October 2022 (Tuesday) involving two (2) Evaluation Panels appointed by the UPM Quality Assurance Center (CQA) and consisting of UPM EKSA facilitators. The judging panel is Mrs. Nurainakmal Kamal Bahrin from the Putra Agricultural Center and Mr. Mohd Sahrizan Md. Yatim from the Relations and Alumni Center.

The EKSA Final Self-Assessment started at 2.30 pm with a welcome speech by the Honorable Mrs. Norshahilda Md Shahril, KTDI Administrative Officer. A brief presentation related to the Implementation of EKSA by Puan Norshahilda Md Shahril also as the Coordinator of the EKSA Implementation Committee started immediately after. The assessors also went to several locations and spaces in KTDI involved with EKSA starting immediately after the presentation and the session ended at 4.30pm. A brief conclusion and suggestions for improvement were presented at 4.40 pm by the assessor.

Much appreciation and thanks to the Evaluation Panel, KTDI management, KTDI EKSA Executive Committee and all KTDI citizens for their solid commitment, dedication and unparalleled contribution. Hopefully the practice of cultivating EKSA in KTDI will continue and not focus solely on evaluation and victory
